The purpose of the online store NtotasLighting.gr is the fast service and immediate delivery of our products.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). 

Shipping Methods

The products are sent by ELTA Courier.

    · For orders up to 100 euros the shipping cost is 5 euros.

    · For orders over 100 euros the shipping cost is free.

· For items that are bulky and / or heavy, the shipment will be made with a transport agency and the collection at the address of the transport company. In this case the cash on delivery payment is not valid.

If for reasons of force majeure there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you to inform you about the shipping and delivery times. If the new delivery date does not serve you, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

In case of items that are available exclusively upon special order, we will calculate the shipping cost on a case by case basis and we will inform you about it before any charge is made.

Orders regarding product deliveries to Greece are accepted. In case of orders from another country, the customer should contact us.
